What of the origins and motivations to create the filmstrip in the first place?

The filmstrip was apparently part of "a music appreciation series and came with one cassette tape and 2 filmstrips" ² and was "distributed free to schools as part of a music appreciation program" ⁵

What kind of case did it come in?  Were there illustrations on the cover?  What kind of teacher's aid materials were included?  What other pieces of music were part of the series?  Were Harold Dexter Hoopes and Jeanne Rice involved in them as well?
